Who won NASCAR Cup race in Martinsville? Winner is William Byron, plus full results

William Byron earned his third NASCAR Cup Series win of the season with Sunday's victory in the Cook Out 400 at Martinsville Speedway.

Byron held off teammates Kyle Larson and Chase Elliott on an overtime restart to produce a 1-2-3 finish for Hendrick Motorsports.

The No. 24 Chevrolet initially earned the lead during the final green flag pit stop cycle when he passed Denny Hamlin, Larson and Elliott by pitting earlier than the rest of the leaders with about 100 laps to go.
