Full time: Wolves 1-3 Crystal Palace

A pretty even game for the most part but Palace had more cutting edge and confidence as Wolves huffed and puffed. The Eagles are pushing hard for a top 10 finish and will take incredible momentum into the summer.

Ahamada sent off late on

Ahamada is shown a second yellow for a foul right on the edge of the box. The substitute came on for Will Hughes in the first half and that is the youngsters final act of the season as he will be suspended for the final day. The Wolves free kick comes to nothing.

Scuffle on the sidelines

Oliver Glasner holds on to the ball when it comes off the pitch and Nelson Semedo is not happy about it. There is a melee but it all calms down. Eventually.

That is game, set, match as Eze slots homes - Wolves 1-3 Crystal Palace (73rd minute)

That is about it. Eze is played in through the middle and he rounds Bentley before slotting home.

What a block!

A brilliant cross to Hwang at the back post and he looks certain to make it 2-2 but Nathaniel Clyne somehow hooks the ball clear at the last minute. Brilliant last-ditch touch to put off Hwang.

Cunha has the ball in the back of the net and it’s offside... but VAR says it’s on! Game on! - Wolves 1-2 Crystal Palace (66th minute)

Cunha plays in Hwang who cuts the ball back for Cunha to finish but Hwang was just offside when the initial ball was played in. But was he!? VAR checks the decision and Hwang was on. The goal is given. Game on with just over 20 minutes to go. Wolves are fired up now.

Andersen heads back across goal but Palace can’t finish

Joachim Andersen gets his head on it at the back post and nods it goalwards but Palace can't bundle the ball over the line and Wolves clear.

Henderson saves well at his near post

Wolves have had a decent start to the second half as Henderson saves well at his near post to deny Cunha.

Half time: Wolves 0-2 Crystal Palace

Palace are ahead at the break and they could have scored four or five. That said, Wolves have had chances too. Very open game. More of the same in the second half, please.

Wharton drags a good chance wide; Ait-Nouri can’t finish

Palace wanted a penalty kick as Eze went down in the box. The ball eventually falls to Adam Wharton but he drags his shot wide. Good chance for Palace, then Wolves had a good opportunity at the other end. Ait-Nouri controls at the back post but volleys into the ground and scuffs it a bit as Henderson saves easily.

Chris Richards heads over; Doherty hits the bar

Wolves have steadied the ship a little but Palace go close to a third. USMNT center back Chris Richards heads just over. At the other end Ait-Nouri crosses in and Doherty climbs high but his header hits the bar.

Mateta has another with Olise the architect - Wolves 0-2 Crystal Palace (28th minute)

Olise dribbles in off the right flank, then scoops the ball to Clyne with a majestic pass. Clyne's shot hits the post and bounces back into play and Mateta, the man of the moment, is there to finish. Palace flying with two goals in two minutes. Wolves all over the place.

What a goal from Olise! - Wolves 0-1 Crystal Palace (26th minute)

Michael Olise, that is naughty. That goal was coming and Olise gets the ball, cut inside on his left foot and takes a touch before curling a stunner into the far corner. What a hit.

Olise smashes wide as Palace should be ahead

Munoz does superbly and plays in Mateta who cuts the ball back to the penalty spot. Eze leaves it and Olise had plenty of time but smashes his shot wide. He has to score there. Oliver Glasner applauded his side as they're playing with so much confidence.

Eze goes close as Wolves cause own problems

Mateta wins the ball back as Wolves are caught in possession on the edge of their own box. The ball finds Eze but he slams his shot well wide. That was a good chance for Palace.

Sub for Palace as Hughes is off

An awkward challenge in midfield sees Will Hughes go down and stay down. He has to come off. That is a big blow as Hughes has developed a great partnership with Adam Wharton in midfield. Palace bring on Ahamada for Hughes.

We are off and underway at Molineux and some team news is that Jose Sa went down with illness in the warm up so Dan Bentley is starting in goal for Wolves.

Wolves lineup

Bentley; Semedo, Kliman, Toti Gomes; Doherty, Joao Gomes, Lemina, Traore, Ait-Nouri; Hwang; Cunha

Crystal Palace lineup

Henderson; Clyne, Andersen, Richards; Munoz, Wharton, Hughes, Mitchell; Olise, Eze; Mateta

Wolves focus, team news

Pedro Neto returning would be huge for Wolves, while Mario Lemina and Craig Dawson (he's been out for the last few weeks) missing would be a big blow as both have been key to Wolves' defensive solidity this season. Hwang and Cunha are dangerous in attack and if Neto returns, having that trio back will be massive for Wolves and they will be their go-to forwards for next season.

OUT: Craig Dawson (groin), Leon Chiwone (ankle), Jose Sa (illness) | QUESTIONABLE: Mario Lemina (thigh), Noha Lemina (thigh), Pedro Neto (hamstring)

Crystal Palace focus, team news

Palace will keep it simple and go with the same team that hammered Manchester United. Glasner's 3-4-2-1 formation has worked wonders and he's done that with some key defensive players missing too. Olise and Eze have the freedom to attack as the two No. 10's, while January signing Adam Wharton has been a revelation in central midfield.

OUT: Matheus Franca (adductor), Sam Johnstone (elbow), Rob Holding (thigh), Cheick Doucoure (achilles - out for season), Jefferson Lerma (thigh) | QUESTIONABLE: Will Hughes (calf)
