Wizards' Wall (knee) fiery in first full-contact practice
Washington Wizards coach Scott Brooks believes John Wall will "be back in no time" after watching his star point guard get aggressive in his first full-contact practice since undergoing left knee surgery seven weeks ago.
Wall tested himself on 5-on-5 in Saturday's practice and was free of restrictions.
"John did everything, he did an entire practice which was great," Brooks said, via NBC Sports Washington. "I thought he did a great job offensively and defensively."
No timetable for Wall's return has been decided by the Wizards, who will await a final decision from their medical staff.
Wall has missed the Wizards' last 24 games due to the injury. Washington is 14-10 in those contests.
Named an All-Star earlier this year, Wall is averaging 19.4 points and 9.3 assists this season. The Wizards are sixth in the Eastern Conference at 40-32.
