Where to watch the NFC championship game — and get best food, drink deals — this weekend

With only a few more days until the Eagles take on the 49ers, the window for making game-day plans is closing in.

Luckily, plenty of bars and restaurants in Delaware are gearing up to host a Sunday viewing party — including some great game day food and drink deals. Here's a list of some places to watch the NFC championship across the First State.

Big Chill Surf Cantina (19406 Coastal Highway, Rehoboth Beach)

$3 Miller and Coors Lites, $3 Bud Lights and $5 Modelos. Ordering any of the drink specials will also enter you in a raffle to win a 65-inch flatscreen TV or Modelo bike. Winners will be announced during the Super Bowl halftime.

$4.50 Miller Lite and Coors Light Big Beers. Some locations are running their own additional game-day specials.

Irish Eyes Pub & Restaurant (213 Anglers Rd, Lewes)

Weekly Sunday football menu features drink deals like $2.75 mugs of Coors Light, Miller Lite and Yuengling, $5 Bloody Mary's, $5 Captain Morgan drinks and $7 crushes. The food menu includes $10.50 wings, $9 chili cheese fries, $10 oysters and $9 brisket or pulled pork sliders.

Overtime Bar & Grill (105 Kirkwood Square, Stanton)

Happy hour deals will run on Sunday from 10:30 a.m. to 7 p.m. This includes beers ranging from $2 domestic bottles to $5 Big Oyster Shuckin Pumpkin drafts. For food options, wings are buy one, get one half off, an order of cheese pizza and wings is $18, and a cheesesteak and fries are $8.

Stitch House Brewery (829 N. Market St, Wilmington)

Crowlers are buy two, get the third half off. They also have "Big Stitch Nick" on tap, which is a pale ale that was first brewed during the 2018 Super Bowl game.

Trolley Tap House (1616 Delaware Ave., Wilmington)

$6 Miller Lite and Yuengling pitchers, $5 Tito's, $6 Jameson and $5 Bleeding Green Tea shot. Food menu features $10 cheese or pepperoni pizzas, $10 boneless wings, $10 buffalo chicken egg rolls, $7 stuffed jumbo tater tots, $8 mozzarella sticks and $8 chili cheese dogs.
