Here’s how to watch Kansas football’s matchup against Big Ten Conference-foe Illinois

LAWRENCE — Kansas football’s 2023 regular season continues Friday with a home game against Illinois.

The Jayhawks will look to start out 2-0 for the second-straight year under head coach Lance Leipold. The Fighting Illini will look to start out 2-0 as well, after a close win at home against Toledo. It’s a non-conference matchup of Big 12 Conference and Big Ten Conference programs.

Kansas’ momentum has continued to build, with the potential of junior quarterback Jalon Daniels’ return only adding to the fervor around the fan base. Illinois will look to quash that, as it looks to continue its own climb under head coach Bret Bielema. It won’t be a surprise if this game comes down to the wire.
