The Buffalo Bills (8-6) will travel to SoFi Stadium to take on the Los Angeles Chargers (5-9) in a Week 16 Saturday Night matchup. The Chargers have recently experienced a shake-up due to the firing of their former head coach, Brandon Staley, and general manager, Tom Telesco. This decision came after the Chargers continued to struggle this season.

The Chargers recently suffered a heavy 63-21 defeat to the Las Vegas Raiders in a Week 15 Thursday Night Football match. This was Easton Stick's first start as the Chargers quarterback, as Justin Herbert is recovering from a fractured right index finger. Against the Raiders, Stick completed 23 of 32 pass attempts, totaling 257 yards with three touchdowns and one interception.

The Bills had an impressive 31-10 win against the Dallas Cowboys. Quarterback Josh Allen completed seven of 15 passes for 94 yards and one touchdown. The outstanding player of the game was running back James Cook, who had a career-best of 179 rushing yards on 25 carries for one touchdown. He also caught two out of three targets for 42 yards and another touchdown.
