Vladimir Tarasenko toys with Maple Leafs’ defense for OT winner (Video)

The NHL’s 3-on-3 overtime is designed to create highlights for the League’s top offensive stars.

Vladimir Tarasenko of the St. Louis Blues would qualify as one of the NHL’s brightest offensive stars, and he went supernova against the Toronto Maple Leafs’ defense in the Blues’ 2-1 overtime win on Thursday night.

Check out the Russian Tank toying with the Leafs’ defenders for the game-winner:

Nazem Kadri has been chatted up as a potential Selke nominee this season for the Leafs. We imagine him biting on this Tarasenko deke like a puppy on a chew toy will not make the clip reel.

The Blues are now 4-1-0 under new coach Mike Yeo, which has absolutely nothing to do with suddenly locating competent goaltending performances.
