Vikings injury report: Four DNP, one limited

For Minnesota, it’s been a whirlwind at the right guard position.

First, the Vikings started Pat Elflein in that role. Elflein went down with an injury and in came Dru Samia.

Samia struggled mightily and his eventual injury led to the rookie Ezra Cleveland filling in. The Vikings waived Elflein after he returned; It seemed like Cleveland had secured the right guard role, at least for the time being.

Then, Cleveland went down.

The rookie was absent from the Cowboys game with an ankle injury. Brett Jones filled in and played pretty well.

However, it would still help the Vikings to have Cleveland back. We’ll have a better idea of his status closer to the game, but for now, here’s the initial injury report:
