USC makes top 9 list for four-star WR Drelon Miller
Drelon Miller has a choice to make. The wide receiver is considering his options, and USC is one of them. The Silsbee (Texas) native dropped his top nine on Monday. USC, Texas A&M, LSU, Georgia, Tennessee, Florida, Duke, Penn State, and Miami also made the list for the four-star wideout.
He plans on announcing his commitment on June 29.
6-foot-2, 198 pound WR/DB had 59 receptions for 1,401 yards and 21 touchdowns, 40 carries for 361 yards and 3 rushing touchdowns, and 2 interceptions on defense.
He currently has official visits scheduled to Miami (June 2-4) and USC (June 16-18).
Miller ranks as the No. 77 player in the On3 Industry Ranking, a weighted average that utilizes all four major recruiting media companies. He also tabs in as the No. 16 wide receiver and the No. 13 player in the state of Texas.
USC enters 2023 with Caleb Williams at quarterback, but Malachi Nelson is the quarterback of the future. Miller would catch passes from Nelson in the Big Ten if he chooses USC.
