UNC basketball head coach Hubert Davis at Overtime Elite Pro Day

North Carolina head coach Hubert Davis has been very active on the recruiting trail recently, visiting recruits as well as hosting some on campus.

And on Tuesday, he was in attendance for the Overtime Elite Pro Day down in Atlanta to see prospects.

Per Joe Tipton of On3, Davis is one of several coaches in attendance for the annual event which showcases the league’s top high school talent. It features coaches coaches and NBA scouts as they are able to check out players ahead of the season.

Among the prospects that are participating are 2024 Karter Knox, 2024 Peyton Marshall (Missouri), 2024 Somto Cyril (Kentucky), 2024 Jaden Mustaf, 2025 Mikel Brown Jr., 2025 Tyler Jackson, 2024 John Bol (Ole Miss), 2024 Kanon Catchings (Purdue), 2027 Lincoln Crosby, 2024 Darrion Sutton, 2026 Adam Oumiddoch, 2024 Naas Cunningham per the release.

With North Carolina holding the No. 1 class in 2024, the focus is shifting to 2025 and 2026 cycle. Landing big classes for those cycles will be huge in terms of success for Davis and his staff.
