GIRLS VOLLEYBALL

Notre Dame 3, Ashwaubenon 0

GREEN BAY - The Tritons defeated the Jaguars 25-6, 25-20, 25-16.

Grace Borys had 26 assists and five aces to lead a Notre Dame offense that hit .448 on the night. Adah Danen had 11 kills, Paige DeMoulin had eight kills and Bella Ricci had seven kills. Ricci also led the Tritons with three solo blocks.

Notre Dame improves to 3-2 in FRCC play.

De Pere 3, Pulaski 1

DE PERE - The Redbirds earned a 25-20, 23-25, 25-10, 25-23 win over the Red Raiders in Fox River Classic Conference action.

Leading Pulaski statistically were Alexia Thibodeau with 16 kills, Bella Valdez with 15 assists, Alyssa Spates with 12 digs and Sami Wiese with six blocks.

Luxemburg-Casco 3, Freedom 0

FREEDOM - The Spartans defeated the Irish 25-20, 25-14, 25-16.

“I am really proud of the way our girls played tonight,” Luxemburg-Casco coach Jeff Frey said. “We talked about wanting to stay present and focused tonight and I thought our girls were great in that aspect tonight. Road wins are always great and I thought it was a compete team win.”

Alayna Deprez led Luxemburg-Casco with 37 assists and also had 15 digs. Payton Kaminski had 21 digs. Aubrey Frey had a double-double with 10 kills and 10 digs. Jacinda Bennett and Miranda Schmidt added nine and eight kills, respectively.

Xavier 3, West De Pere 0

APPLETON - The Hawks moved to 4-0 in Bay Conference play and 30-2 overall as they downed the Phantoms 25-9, 25-13, 25-16.

Xavier stats leaders included Mariah Potter with three aces, seven digs and 25 assists; Elle Downs with two kills; Ali Tylinski with two kills and two digs; Bree Ramczyk with three kills; Belle Shea with two aces and 13 digs; Halle Vande Hey with 10 kills and three digs; Mattea Kiepert with three kills, two aces and five digs; Sydney Neilitz with three assists, two aces and four digs; Annika Kowalski with 12 kills, two aces and nine digs; and Liv Neumann with six kills.

Fox Valley Lutheran 3, Oconto Falls 2

APPLETON - In a battle between two of the top-ranked teams in Division 2, the Foxes outlasted the Panthers 26-28, 25-11, 22-25, 25-16, 15-8 in North Eastern Conference action.

Leading the Foxes were Emma Nilson with 13 kills, four aces and 11 blocks; Hannah Uhlenbrauck, Greta Nolte, and Brianna Stewart with 10 kills each; Amara Jahner with seven aces and 13 digs; Molly Bixby five aces, 30 assists and 16 digs; and Ava Patchett with three aces, 16 assists and nine digs.

NEW Lutheran 3, Southern Door 0

GREEN BAY - The Blazers defeated the Eagles 25-20, 25-19, 25-20.

The Blazers, now 9-13 overall and 2-2 in the Packerland Conference, were led by Lexi Dhein with 16 digs, Emma Laatsch with 12 kills and 11 digs, and Abby Kirchner with 25 assists.

Isabella Price and Sophia Coundard both had 12 digs for Southern Door. Ashlyn Delfosse had eight assists. Price had six kills.

Algoma 3, Gibraltar 1

FISH CREEK - The Wolves beat the Vikings 25-19, 17-25, 25-16, 25-22 in a Packerland Conference matchup.

MyLee Jones had 19 kills, 18 digs and three aces for Algoma. Rylee Zimmerman added 16 kills and 28 digs, Hannah Nell had 35 assists and two aces, Dallas Thompson had five aces and six digs, and Olivia Cabino had 26 digs.

Wausaukee Triangular

WAUSAUKEE - Lena earned two wins in the triangular, defeating Gillett 25-16, 25-16, 25-13, and stopping Wausaukee 25-12, 25-22, 25-16.

The Rangers were led by Melody Schaal with 24 digs, Helen Phillips with six digs and Lydia Schaal with 11 kills and seven digs.

Wausaukee topped Gillett 25-20, 25-16, 25-19.

The Rangers were led by Melody Schaal with 16 digs, Phillips with six digs, Katelyn Luccarini with six kills, Jessica Luccarini with 12 assists and three kills, Celia Oberie with four kills, Lydia Schaal with 13 kills and nine digs, and Ella White with five digs.

Suring Triangular

SURING - Crivitz had a 2-0 record, Suring went 1-1 and Oneida Nation was 0-2.

Crivitz defeated Suring 25-23, 27-25, 25-17 and also swept Oneida Nation.

Leaders for Crivitz in the two victories were Kiya Brand with 15 kills, Kirsten Pusick with 11 kills, Lilli Watson with 17 digs and 11 aces, and Hattie Frievalt with 21 assists. Tayah Werner added 12 assists and eight kills, and Taryn Tracy had 10 kills.

In the match against Crivitz, Suring was led by MaShya Seefeldt and Bailey Stuart, who both had five kills. Chloe Schroeder added seven assists, Seefeldt had six assists and Emma Kristof had eight digs.

Suring also swept Oneida Nation.

Sevastopol 3, Oconto 0

OCONTO - The Pioneers swept the Blue Devils 25-11, 26-24, 25-23.

BOYS SOCCER

Notre Dame 7, Bay Port 2

GREEN BAY - Ian Noble scored four goals for the Tritons in the victory.

Henry McKenna added two goals and Lander Guevara also scored for Notre Dame.

Michael Kussow had two assists for the Tritons.

Green Bay Southwest 6, Manitowoc 2

MANITOWOC - The Trojans led 1-0 at halftime on a goal by Nathan Piotrowski and then broke open the match by scoring four goals in the second half in the win over the Ships.

Green Bay Southwest made it 2-0 on Sa’ad Jama’s goal before Manitowoc tied it on goals by Oscar Miranda Orellana and Jose Garcia-Nava.

Keenan Cruz then sandwiched goals for Green Bay Southwest around an own goal to make it 5-2 before Daniel Pereyra scored the final goal of the contest.

Muhyedin Ahmed, Abdimalik Musse, Jama and Cruz had assists for Green Bay Southwest.

Mitchell Zeitler had two saves in goal for Green Bay Southwest (3-6 overall, 1-3 FRCC).

Green Bay Preble 9, Ashwaubenon 0

GREEN BAY - Eight players scored for the Hornets in their win over the Jaguars.

Chuey Garnica scored twice for Green Bay Preble, while Max Cruz, Yosef Navarro, Aaron Madrigal, Talan LeCapitaine, Johnny Mendez, Andrea Vergara and Bogdan Tereshchenko also scored for Preble.

Eric Janus had one save for Green Bay Preble (8-0-2, 3-0-1).

Gavin Rein had eight saves for Ashwaubenon.

Pulaski 3, Sheboygan North 1

PULASKI - The Red Raiders improved to 10-4-1 overall and 2-2 in the Fox River Classic Conference with the win over the Golden Raiders.

Pulaski took a 2-0 lead in the first half on goals by Nolan Pratt and Zach Valeria. Both goals were unassisted.

Pulaski made it 3-0 in the 44th minute on a penalty kick by Ben Uelmen.

Alejandro Barojas-Diaz put Sheboygan North on the board in the 63rd minute.

Josh Roth had five saves in goal for Pulaski. Davis Knowles had five saves for Sheboygan North.

Freedom 3, Wrightstown 1

WRIGHTSTOWN - Cal Calhoon scored three goals for the Irish in the victory over the Tigers.

Sawyer Rueckl contributed two assists for Freedom.

Irish goalie Eric Wolf made nine saves.

Division 1

Appleton North Regional (Monday)

APPLETON - Kaukauna won the team regional championship with a score of 334 at Butte des Morts Country Club to advance to next week’s sectional meet.

Neenah, Appleton North and Hortonville also advanced to sectionals as a team. The top four teams at each regional advance to sectionals.

Jenna Schumacher of Kimberly was the regional medalist with a 75 to advance to sectionals as an individual. The top four individuals not on a qualifying team advance as individuals.

Other individual sectional qualifiers were Jaelyn Feller of Appleton East, Lydia Barry of Appleton West and Reece Osowski of West De Pere.
