Trojans Wire discusses Alani Noa recruitment on national show

Lincoln Riley and Josh Henson continue to change the conversation at USC.

Remember when the Trojans whiffed on Josh Conerly and Francis Mauigoa? Those are much more distant memories now that USC has added Alani Noa to a growing offensive line room alongside Micah Banuelos. The Trojans are assembling the offensive line depth they currently lack. USC is building a much more fortified roster with fewer holes and more reinforcements. This is exactly how the Trojans can and will build to a championship level as a program.

The other really good aspect of the Alani Noa recruitment is that USC beat out Dan Lanning and Oregon for this particular prospect. No, it doesn’t fully compensate for losing the Josh Conerly battle, but it still represents forward momentum for a program which was getting beaten on the trail for offensive linemen several weeks ago. The needle is now moving in the right direction. That cannot be ignored or denied.
