Tourneys scheduled for March 7-9 at Brookings (Class A) and Rapid City (Class B)
Pairings have been finalized for the state Class A and B girls basketball tournament that run next week in Brookings and Rapid City.
The teams won state-qualifying SoDak 16 games on Thursday to advance to the state tourneys scheduled for March 7-9 at the Dacotah Bank Center in Brookings (Class A) and in the Summit Arena at The Monument in Rapid City (Class B).
Here are the first-round matchups (All times are Central):

No. 4 Vermillion (19-4) vs. No. 5 Mahpíya Lúta (formerly Red Cloud), 1:45 p.m.
