Top 3 performers from Golden State Warriors loss to Denver Nuggets

The Golden State Warriors closed out their four-game road trip with a loss to the Denver Nuggets. Jamal Murray was absent from Denver’s rotation due to a hamstring injury. Draymond Green was absent from the Warriors rotation. However, that didn’t stop both teams from leaving it all out on the court, as they both chased a win to gain some early momentum over a potential Western Conference Finals opponent in 2024.

Steph Curry missed a golden opportunity to even the score in the dying moments, but he didn’t get enough lift on his layup, and the ball ended up coming off the back of the rim. Nikola Jokic was a dominant force for the Nuggets, dropping a double-double with 35 points and 13 rebounds.

However, the Warriors leaned on their depth to provide an impact, with six players scoring in double figures, two of them coming off the bench. Golden State’s bench rotation is one of their best assets this season, and it was apparent once again.

Let’s take a look at the three best statistical performers from the contest.
