TikToker transforms her child’s playhouse into a spooky haunted house: ‘So cool’

This TikTok parent transformed her child’s playhouse into a spooktacular haunted house, and it’s beyond impressive!

TikToker Evy (@ealgarin2) is a fun-loving mom who recently shared a video in which she converts her daughter’s playhouse into a fabulously freaky haunted house.

The entertaining clip begins with a shot of Evy’s hand holding a small pumpkin in front of the pre-spookified, normal brown playhouse, complete with a charming exterior plastic stone arch above a red door.

Evy then tosses the pumpkin into the house as though casting a spell, and the camera suddenly starts to shake uncontrollably before revealing the new haunting renovation.

What once stood as a playhouse is now a witch’s cottage, embellished with creepy cobwebs in the acid green window frames where tiny skeletons perch between the purple shutters. The house’s gray exterior is crawling with spooky spiders.

Now, a newly painted black plastic stone arch hovers over a bright purple door. A sign shaped like a witch’s hat that says “The witch is in” is posted on the front of the door and serves as a fun nod to the homeowner’s legs poking out from beneath the house on the other side.

For Evy, the devil is clearly in the details. Between the paint job, the pumpkins lining the stone pathway, the window treatments and the gothic black fencing, every square foot of the house is embellished with some freaky, festive adornment.

‘Wow, good job’

Viewers were blown away by the haunted home makeover.

“Wow, good job,” one user gushed.

“So cool,” one viewer added, while another impressed TikTok user shared their amazement by commenting with a string of emojis.

With a little imagination, some craft materials and a trip to the Halloween section of your local dollar store, you can really bring the spooky holiday to life!
