The Rush: Put some respect on the Nuggets’ name after Game 4 win in Portland

WATCH THE VIDEO ABOVE to see today’s piping-hot, fresh-outta-the-oven episode of THE RUSH with Jared Quay! We’ll let you know everything you didn’t know you needed to know about sports. Other stuff too. But mostly sports.

It’s Monday, May 6th, 2019 and here’s what Jared’s cooking up:

  • Portland and Denver followed up their quadruple overtime masterpiece with another Game 4 thriller. This one didn’t extend past regulation, as Jamal Murray could be heard singing “Say My Name” as he led the Nuggets to a 116-112 win to knot the series at two games each.

  • The Raptors evened up their series with the 76ers at two games apiece. Kawhi Leonard led the way with 39 points while Joel Embiid disappeared, scoring only 11 points in his team’s Game 4 loss.

  • The Kentucky Derby was two days ago and fans are still trying to make sense of it all. Country House won because Maximum Security won first but not before bumping into War of Will who then hit Long Range Toddy. Any questions?

  • Danny Amendola believed he could hit a target high on a building with a football, and Tom Brady bet $100,000 that he couldn’t. In a surprise twist fitting of Derby weekend, the winner of the $100K is who you’d least expect. Watch the video to see how it all goes down.

THE RUSH with Jared Quay will be back next week. Until then, you can check out the archived episodes here. And THE GOLD RUSH with Jared Quay will be back later this week so if you like winning money, be on the lookout.
