Tennessee Titans injury report: Ryan Tannehill still hasn't returned to practice
Tennessee Titans quarterback Ryan Tannehill still hasn't returned to the practice field as his team prepares for its first game since his ankle injury on Oct. 15.
Tannehill was absent from the Titans (2-4) practice Thursday in advance of the team's game against the Atlanta Falcons (4-3) at Nissan Stadium on Sunday (noon, CBS). The Titans haven't ruled Tannehill out for this contest, but Malik Willis and Will Levis have taken all of the team's quarterback reps for the last two weeks since Tannehill's injury.
Cornerback Roger McCreary, running back Derrick Henry and tight end Josh Whyle were also absent Thursday. Henry frequently takes non-injury related rest days throughout the practice week but hasn't missed a game this season. Whyle is working through the concussion protocol while McCreary is dealing with a hamstring injury sustained Wednesday.
See the Titans' full injury report for Thursday below. Designations that have changed since Wednesday are marked in bold.
