Tennessee Titans in 2023 NFL Draft: Trade reports for No. 3 pick, DeAndre Hopkins conflict

The 2023 NFL Draft is here, and trade rumors already are swirling for the Tennessee Titans.

The Titans have the No. 11 pick in Thursday's first round, and early reports have Tennessee as a darling candidate to move up when the draft beings at 7 p.m. -- possibly to No. 3 to take Ohio State QB C.J. Stroud.

Indeed, the Titans seem to be working the phones. So what will they ultimately do when Ran Carthon is on the clock for the first time?

Follow along for live updates as we track the swirl of Titans rumors:

Report: Cardinals 'trying to send' No. 3 overall, DeAndre Hopkins to Titans

ProFootballTalk's Mike Florio reported Thursday afternoon via Twitter that the Cardinals are "trying to send No. 3 overall and DeAndre Hopkins" to Tennessee for the No. 11 pick and more assets.

ESPN's Dianna Russini first reported Wednesday that the Cardinals and Titans were talking about a trade.

Hall of Famers can be found at No. 11, but will Titans stay there?

With the Titans reportedly mulling over trade possibilities, our Dani Mohr took the time to mull over the best and worst picks in the draft since the Titans arrived in Nashville nearly 25 years ago.

Here's a look at the list, including some guy named Taylor Lewan.

Is Zay Flowers a factor for Titans at No. 11?

Boston College wide receiver Zay Flowers has drawn comparisons to Antonio Brown, and on Thursday he was generating some mild buzz as a fit for the Titans at No. 11.

NFL.com draft guru Daniel Jeremiah was among the people mocking Flowers to the Titans.

Mel Kiper Jr.'s final mock draft has Titans trading for C.J. Stroud at No. 3

ESPN draft analyst Mel Kiper Jr. is predicting the Titans will trade for the No. 3 pick and select Ohio State quarterback C.J. Stroud with the No. 3 pick.

" While I like Will Levis (Kentucky) just a little bit more, Stroud is my fifth-ranked prospect overall. He is a stellar downfield passer with pinpoint accuracy and anticipation."

'Multiple teams' trying to trade to No. 3, including Titans

ESPN's Dianna Russini reported Thursday that the Arizona Cardinals are "mulling trade offers from multiple teams" interested in moving to the No. 3 slot in the first round.

Russini reported Wednesday that the Titans were among those teams.

"The Titans board was set (Wednesday)," Russini said Thursday.
