Here are the Tennessee Mr. Baseball finalists for 2023

The Tennessee Baseball Coaches Association released its Mr. Baseball finalists for the 2023 season.

Notable finalists include Carson Rucker of Goodpasture, a Tennessee signee who won Division II-A Mr. Baseball last season, as well as Ole Miss signee Trenton Lyons (Christian Brothers) and Tennessee signee Dylan Loy (Pigeon Forge).

Rucker, Loy, Grainger's Brady Smith and Silverdale Baptist's Turner Junkins are were finalists last season.

The six winners will be announced at the awards ceremony at 11 a.m. May 23 at the Family Worship Center Church in Murfreesboro.

Here are the finalists in each class:

Class 1A

Brayden Baker, Eagleville

Owen Lee, Peabody

Luke Treese, Coalfield

Class 2A

Payton Armour, Meigs County

Kolton Casson, Polk County

Dylan Loy, Pigeon Forge
