Standout singles and doubles players: Our Boys Tennis All-Scholastics
The depth of boys tennis talent on the South Shore is impressive. Eleven different programs are represented in The Patriot Ledger/Enterprise All-Scholastic First and Second Team selections. (That number rises to 14 if you include Honorable Mention picks.)
Duxbury, which won the Division 2 state team championship, leads the way with two singles player and a doubles team. Cohasset, which made the Div. 4 semifinals, also has three representatives, all singles players.
Bridgewater-Raynham, Canton and Hingham each have two picks.
