Social media goes wild after Rams’ dramatic win vs. Colts in overtime
For a while, it seemed like the Los Angeles Rams were going to cruise to an easy win over the Indianapolis Colts on Sunday afternoon. They went up 14-0 early and padded their lead to 23-0 with 7:17 left in the third quarter, taking complete control of the game.
But the Colts mounted a miraculous comeback and scored 23 unanswered to tie it up with under 2 minutes to play, sending the game to overtime. Fortunately for fans whose heartrates were increased to unexpected levels, the Rams came through in overtime and beat the Colts in dramatic fashion.
Matthew Stafford hit Puka Nacua for the game-winning touchdown, capping off a nail-biter at Lucas Oil Stadium.
