Seahawks running backs Chris Carson, Carlos Hyde made it through week

The Seattle Seahawks might see the return of a couple of running backs this week, just in time to face off against the Arizona Cardinals for “Thursday Night Football.”

Starter Chris Carson (foot) and Carlos Hyde (hamstring) both got some work in this week. Hyde was even a full participant on Wednesday and is no longer listed on the injury report.

“They did make it through the week and Carlos looked strong throughout,” coach Pete Carroll said after the walkthrough. “With Chris, we’re going to wait until tomorrow to see what we’re doing with it, but he did practice and looked good in all the stuff that he did.

“We’re real close with Chris, and feeling really good that Carlos will be out there.”

Carson did not practice on Wednesday but was a limited participant on Tuesday afternoon. He has been designated as questionable against Arizona.

Travis Homer is doubtful, listed with wrist, knee and thumb injuries.

Gametime is set for 5:20 p.m. PT Thursday night at CenturyLink Field. The official inactives list will be released 90 minutes prior to kickoff.
