Roy Hibbert, A.J. Price carry Pacers past Jazz
Roy Hibbert scored 29 and the Indiana Pacers defeated the Utah Jazz, 97-86. Indiana (2-6) picked up the win after falling to Washington Wizards on Saturday.
Hibbert finished 11-21 and converted 7-7 from the free throw line. Lavoy Allen contributed 12 points and 15 rebounds for Indiana as well. Gordon Hayward had a quality performance for Utah in the loss, putting up 30 points on 11-15 shooting (2-3 on 3-point attempts), in addition to going 6-6 from the free throw line. He also registered eight rebounds and five assists. Derrick Favors added 13 points and eight rebounds.
Coming up next, the Pacers battle the Miami Heat, who are 5-2 on the year. The Jazz meet the Atlanta Hawks, currently 3-3 this season.
