Recap: No. 24 Stanford baseball erupts for a season-high 18 runs in triumph over Washington State

Pac-12 Networks' Greg Heister takes a closer look at No. 24 Stanford baseball's 18-3 triumph over Washington State on Thursday night in Pullman. The Cardinal's 18 runs was its highest mark of the season. Brock Jones has a monster night at the plate, collecting four hits, including a grand slam, en route to six RBIs. Shortstop Adam Crampton was also a force, flirting with the cycle but settling for three hits including a double and his first home run of the season. The game was fairly competitive through six innings but the Cardinal exploded for six runs in the seventh to put the game far out of reach. Brendan Beck through 8 solid innings while only allowing three earned runs to earn the win and improve to 4-0 on the season.
