Rawhide Golf custom headcovers are changing the game
Most golfers stick to the headcover that comes with their clubs from the manufacturer at the time of purchase. Very few go out and buy additional ones and when they do, they are not tailored to their personality.
Rawhide Golf was established in 2017 with the vision of manufacturing and designing the highest quality leather goods for golfers. The original idea was to create uniquely customized headcovers for golfers. Rawhide gives customers, brands and professional players the chance to express themselves through their golf bags.
“I personally work with clients to design their covers. I hand cut, embroider and paint each headcover to ensure the highest quality. The outcome is colorful, creative and animated pieces that make golfers’ bags stand out and tell a story,” said founder Caleb Jeffries.
When starting the company, the idea was never for Rawhide to make 10, 100 or 1,000 of the same headcover. Jeffries has always strived for customized head covers designed for each individual customer. He designs a special product with the ultimate goal of making each golf bag unique.
“An example is when a client sends me a photo of their dog and asks to make it into a headcover. I also make experiential headcovers out of handbags, sporting jerseys, beer coolers … to name a few,” said Jeffries.
