Rams sign LB Olakunle Fatukasi to practice squad
The Los Angeles Rams signed Austin Trammell to the 53-man roster last week, which opened up a spot on the practice squad. They filled that void Wednesday by adding linebacker Olakunle Fatukasi, a second-year player out of Rutgers.
Fatukasi spent most of the 2022 season with the Buccaneers before being waived in December. He then landed with the Broncos and has also had stints with the Patriots and Chiefs this offseason, but he was waived by Kansas City before the season began and had been a free agent ever since.
He was active for 13 games as a rookie in 2022, making six total tackles. He played just one defensive snap with the Bucs that year but contributed on special teams.
