Rams' paint doesn't quite cover USC logos at LA Coliseum
Look, turning around a field in a few hours from a college to a pro game is no easy task. You’ve got to cover up logos all over the field, as well as 4,500 square feet of end zone. In the hours after USC’s loss to Arizona State on Saturday afternoon, the crew at the Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum had to convert the field from USC’s cardinal red and gold to the Rams’ blue and yellow, as well as switch over the yard markers up and down the field. It was a tall task indeed.

And while we admire the effort, well, the truth is … this was a tough job. Here’s what the midfield logo looked like:
And here’s the end zone:
Here’s a Pac-12 logo sneaking through:
Worth noting: the crowd at the L.A. Coliseum is at least 50-50, with the Green Bay-loving Cheeseheads representing strong … so much so that the stadium apparently even played the Wisconsin anthem “Jump Around” when the Packers scored the game’s first touchdown.
