Rams-Giants is first NFL game ever with a final score of 38-11

The Los Angeles Rams cruised to a 38-11 win at MetLife Stadium on Sunday, crushing the New York Giants on the road. As impressive as the Rams were in the win, it wasn’t a historic victory in the traditional sense.

But the two teams did combine for a unique final score, one that has never been seen before in the NFL. That’s right, Rams-Giants is the first game ever to finish with a final score of 38-11. It’s the 1,067th unique score in league history.

It was made possible by the Giants’ two-point conversion with 6:21 left in the game after Elijhaa Penny’s 4-yard touchdown run, New York’s first touchdown of the day.

In their 27-point win, the Rams scored five touchdowns and kicked one field goal. Matthew Stafford threw four touchdown pass and Darrell Henderson Jr. rushed for one, helping the Rams easily beat the Giants on the road.
