Prep Tennis: Litchfield falls in close battle with Delano
Sep. 21—Going 3-0 in doubles play, including a three-set victory at the No. 3 spot, Delano emerged victorious against Litchfield in Wright County Conference action.
The match was moved indoors to Stay/Fit in Sartell because of Monday's rain.
The Tigers' Emily Dreger and Chloe Stolfa won the No. 3 doubles match against Kaitlyn Palmer and Sophie Stilwell, 6-3, 3-6, 11-9.
The Dragons were 3-1 in singles play, with Ryanna Steinhaus, Kylie Michels and Karlee Prahl each securing wins.
