As playoff seeding comes into focus, can the Boston Celtics make a championship run?

With very few games left on the entire remaining slate of games in the 2021-22 NBA season, the Boston Celtics are starting to get an idea of who they might end up facing in the 2022 playoffs as a picture of likely seeding for the postseason starts to come together.

Would it be premature to suggest that it is at least possible for the Celtics to end up fighting their way to the NBA Finals to compete for an NBA-record 18th banner? Or should we temper our expectations given we still do not know when we will see starting big man Robert Williams III back from surgery to repair a torn lateral meniscus?

The host of the NBC Sports Boston “Celtics Talk” podcast Chris Forsberg teamed up with fellow NBC broadcaster Abby Chin to talk about the Celtics’ postseason potential on their most recent episode.

Check out the clip embedded above to hear what they have to say about Boston in the playoffs, and see if you agree.
