Pigman steps down as head coach of Whitley County Lady Colonel basketball program
Mar. 11—WILLIAMSBURG — After five years as the head coach of the Whitley County Lady Colonel basketball program, Sean Pigman has decided to step down.
Pigman put together a 71-75 record as the Lady Colonels head coach, including going 16-14 this past season.
"It was time for the program to go in a different direction and for me to do the same," Pigman said. "I can't say enough about my girls and my staff at Whitley County. There's so much talent and potential there — they have a great future ahead of them. I'd like to say thanks especially to Athletic Directors Bryan Stewart and Jeremy Shope. They have been outstanding to work with and to work for."
