Patriots Beat Bengals, 43-17

Stevan Ridley had a big night on the ground, leading the way to a rout for the Patriots over the Bengals, 43-17, at home.

Tom Brady accounted for two scores against the Bengals on 23 of 35 passing for 292 yards and no interceptions. In comparison, Andy Dalton went 15 of 24 with 204 yards passing, two touchdowns and no interceptions for the Bengals.

Ridley was a key factor for the Patriots, running all over the Bengals for 113 yards on 27 carries with a touchdown. Rob Gronkowski was a highlight, pulling in six balls for 100 yards with a touchdown.

The New England defense was the major reason for the victory, allowing 79 yards rushing and 249 passing. They brought down Dalton for one sack.

Finally, Stephen Gostkowski was perfect, making all five of his field goal attempts.

Bengals wide receiver Mohamed Sanu put up 70 receiving yards and one touchdown. Wide receiver A.J. Green also had a good game with 81 receiving yards and one touchdown.

The Patriots head to Orchard Park next week to face the Bills (3-2) while the Bengals host the Panthers (3-2).
