Pac-12 basketball odds: Arizona Wildcats favored to win regular season conference title

The Pac-12 men's basketball standings may be jumbled at the top, with a lot of teams still within striking distance to win the conference's regular season title.

But one team is a clear favorite in odds to have the best record in the Pac-12 at the end of the regular season.

BetMGM Sportsbook lists the Arizona Wildcats at -350 in odds to be the regular season winner in the final season of the Pac-12 as we know it, before all but two of the conference's teams join other conferences.

Arizona is currently 7-3 in Pac-12 play, tied with Oregon for the best record in conference games.

Oregon is second in odds to win the Pac-12, at +600.
