Outdoor track and field: Who are some of the top boys to watch this spring?

The 2024 outdoor track and field season has just launched. Based largely on last season's results and, in some instances, results from the recently-concluded indoor season, The Journal News/lohud is releasing its annual list of top track athletes to watch. Below is the boys list. A girls list will be published separately. Both lists include all major individual events and note the expected top performers in each event from Section 1's public and private schools in Westchester, Putnam and Dutchess counties, as well as top performers who compete outside Section 1 for private schools in Westchester.

Names are listed in alphabetical order.

Boys 2024 Track and Field Watch List
