How Ole Miss football coach Lane Kiffin reacted to his first Buc-ee's experience

OXFORD — Ole Miss football coach Lane Kiffin made his first journey to the land of brisket, gasoline and beaver nuggets over the weekend.

That's right, Kiffin has discovered Buc-ee's.

Buc-ee's is, by definition, a gas station chain – although that's a bit like calling a monster truck an automobile.

Even if you've never been to one, you've probably seen a billboard if you've driven on the interstate anywhere in the general vicinity of Texas, where the first store opened in 1982.

But Buc-ee's is so much more than a place to fill up. Part country store, candy shop and barbecue joint, Buc-ee's also advertises itself as a top-tier place to empty your tank.

"Top Two Reasons to Stop: #1 and #2," one billboard in Tennessee read.

"No Games Here, Just Thrones," declared another.

It's unclear where exactly Kiffin made his first stop. There are no Buc-ee's stores in Mississippi (yet). The closest option to Oxford is the Buc-ee's in Leeds, Alabama, near Birmingham.

"My life will never be the same!!" Kiffin wrote.
