Notre Dame football names their three warriors of the week

During the lead up to spring practice, Matt Balis and his strength and conditioning team have been awarding three members of the Notre Dame football team as their warriors of the week.

They are awarding one each to power, skill and big skill, all the winners taking home a championship belt. The belts are the coolest part of this but we also get to see the shape of the winners.

This weeks warriors all look like they have been taking conditioning seriously, each one of them looks like they have been living in the weight room and taking their diets seriously. Find out who won the weekly belts below.

Skill - Wide receiver Leo Scheidler

Breakdown

Scheidler is a walk-on legacy from Illinois who can play wide receiver or defensive back. His older brother is also on the team, Eddie, and is a social media sensation.

Power - Defensive end Rylie Mills

Breakdown

Mills is entering his fourth year in the program and the expectations are sky high. He had his best season this past year and many think his breakout is next.

Big Skill - Running back Audric Estime

Breakdown

It looks like Estime took this tweet seriously, he doesn’t look like a running back, more like a linebacker. After rushing for over 900 yards with 12 total touchdowns, the best looks to be in-front of the rising junior running back.

The trio with their belts

Breakdown

All three look to be in great shape, but Mills stands out to me the most. He looks huge and a big season should be in the cards for him.
