Noles in the Pros: A look at the 20 former Florida State football players in the NFL

The 2023 NFL season kicks off Thursday with the Kansas City Chiefs and Detroit Lions scheduled to kick off at 8:20 p.m. (Broadcast: NBC).

According to a press release from the Atlantic Coast Conference, there are 283 former conference players listed on NFL rosters entering Week 1 of the season. Clemson leads the way with 42 players.

Florida State football - which began its season with a romping of LSU last Sunday - has 20 players across 14 NFL franchises listed on their roster - either active or practice squad.

The Carolina Panthers lead the way with the former Seminoles on their squad, while the Los Angeles Chargers, Los Angeles Rams, New York Jets and Philadelphia Eagles each have two players.

Derrick Nnadi, who is on the Kansas City Chiefs, is the only former FSU player in Thursday's opener.
