The San Francisco 49ers are the No. 1 seed in the NFC and the Baltimore Ravens are the No. 1 seed in the AFC. Both are still alive after winning their Divisional Round games and will host their conference championship games this weekend.

AFC Championship Game prediction, Sunday, Jan. 28, 1 p.m., CBS

Kansas City Chiefs at Baltimore Ravens

The Chiefs are coming off a 27-24 win against the Buffalo Bills in their NFL Divisional Round game. The Ravens are coming off a 34-10 win against the Houston Texans. They did not play each other in the regular season. We would not be surprised if the Chiefs upset the Ravens, but Baltimore feels destined for the Super Bowl this season. The offense is firing on all cylinders and the defense is clicking. The Ravens will slow down Patrick Mahomes and the Chiefs just enough to return to the Super Bowl for the first time since 2013.

Prediction: Ravens 24, Chiefs 21

NFC Championship Game prediction, Sunday, Jan. 28, 4:30 p.m., FOX

Detroit Lions at San Francisco 49ers

The Lions are coming off a 31-23 win against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in their NFL Divisional Round game. The 49ers are coming off a 24-21 win against the Green Bay Packers. They did not play each other in the regular season. Can the Lions beat the 49ers? Yes, they can. Will they? We don't think so. Detroit will have to play outside the friendly confines of Ford Field for the first time this postseason and San Francisco's defense will get to Jared Goff enough to force some turnovers. Brock Purdy will be efficient enough to lead the 49ers back to the Super Bowl for the first time since 2020.

Prediction: 49ers 27, Lions 23

Super Bowl 58 prediction, Sunday, Feb. 11, 4:30 p.m., CBS

San Francisco 49ers vs. Baltimore Ravens

Now this would be an intriguing Super Bowl in Las Vegas. The Ravens beat the 49ers on Christmas Day in Santa Clara, Calif., 33-19. The Ravens also beat the 49ers in the Super Bowl in 2013. Baltimore has impressed so far this postseason, but we think the 49ers could get revenge on the Ravens in this game, were it to be the matchup. San Francisco's defense could come up with some big plays and Brock Purdy could be efficient enough to lead the 49ers to their first Super Bowl title since 1995.

Prediction: 49ers 24, Ravens 17
