TUF 16 TV Ratings Go From Season High to Series Low in Week 5

The Ultimate Fighter continues to slide in the TV ratings, dropping down to a new series low of 624,000 viewers for Friday’s Team Carwin vs. Team Nelson Episode 5.

UFC president Dana White and Fox officials haven’t been overly concerned with the drop in the number of viewers, citing strong finishes in the key advertising demographics, often at No. 1 or No. 2 early in the season.

Week 5, however, landed TUF at No. 6 in the key demographic of Men 18-34. That put FX behind TBS, Adult Swim, the History Channel, Comedy Central, and the Discovery Channel on Friday night.

The week prior, TUF 16’s fourth episode drew a season high 1.1 million viewers piggybacking off of the strength of the UFC on FX 5: Browne vs. Bigfoot live event.

TUF 16 TV Ratings:

Episode 1: 947,000
Episode 2: 872,000
Episode 3: 775,000
Episode 4: 1,100,000
Episode 5: 624,000
