Mariners deal Robinson for Andino

The Seattle Mariners have acquired infielder Robert Andino from the Baltimore Orioles for outfielder Trayvon Robinson.

Mariners Executive Vice President & General Manager of Baseball Operations Jack Zduriencik made the announcement Tuesday.

Andino, 28, batted .211 with seven home runs in 127 games for the Orioles in 2012. He played second base, third base, shortstop, left field and center field.

Robinson, 25, hit .221 with three home runs.
