Report: Bengals fear A.J. Green lost for season with hamstring injury
The Cincinnati Bengals were in trouble almost from the very beginning of their game against the Buffalo Bills as All-Pro receiver A.J. Green suffered a hamstring injury on the second play from scrimmage on Sunday.
Green was carted off the field, with team doctors tending to his right leg, and didn’t return. After the Bengals lost 16-12, head coach Marvin Lewis told reporters that it’s unclear when Green will be back this season. Bengals team reporter Geoff Hobson reported that Green could be done for the year.

Green has been fantastic for the Bengals (and fantasy owners) thus far this season, with 66 catches for 964 yards and four touchdowns.
