Nets injury update: Kevin Durant, Nicolas Claxton, Reggie Perry unavailable vs. Pelicans
Kevin Durant, Nicolas Claxton and Reggie Perry now join the Nets’ unavailable list according to the Nets’ most recent status report, which is really starting to pile up after Brooklyn’s duel with Miami on Sunday.
Durant will continue to recover from his left thigh contusion. Claxton and Perry are now entering the NBA’s health and safety protocols.
The Nets are still without the Eastern Conference Player of the Month for February and March in James Harden. Durant’s presence since returning from his hamstring injury was supposed to make up for it with the Nets still trying to stay in contention for the first seed in the East. Now with this recent status report, it is not looking good at all for the Brooklyn Nets in the race for the top seed.
