NBA Twitter responds to Lakers’ latest loss

On Wednesday, the Los Angeles Lakers went up by 14 points in the first quarter against the Sacramento Kings, and it looked like perhaps they would find a way to win their second game in a row.

But, in an all-too-familiar trend, they gave up the lead as they stopped doing what had gotten them the lead in the first place.

Down the stretch, L.A. walked the ball upcourt and kept running the shot clock down in a fit of indecision and offensive stagnation, while the Kings gained more and more confidence and rhythm.

The result: a 116-111 loss, which was the Lakers’ fourth in their last five games.

Lakers fans across Twitter are getting sick of seeing this same movie over and over again.
