National reactions: Bills take ‘moving machine’ O’Cyrus Torrence in Round 2
The Buffalo Bills selected Florida offensive lineman O’Cyrus Torrence with their second-round pick at the 2023 NFL draft. It was the 59th overall selection at the event.
Some projected Torrence as a first rounder prior to the draft. Because of that, many are excited about the Round 2 prospect heading to Buffalo, including some nationally.
