1. No. 9 Moore (4-2, 1-2 District 6A-I-1) at No. 6 Jenks (3-3, 2-1), Friday: Jenks has played well defensively this year and dominated Norman North in a 42-14 victory last week, while Moore’s offense – which is led by junior quarterback Malikai Miller — has thrived.

2. No. 8 Cushing (4-2, 2-1 District 4A-3) at No. 9 Tulsa McLain (5-1, 3-0), Thursday: Cushing put up an admirable fight last week as it battled with defending champion Wagoner, the top-ranked team in Class 4A, in a 15-14 loss. Tulsa McLain is having a solid year and holds a four-game win streak but will have a stiff test this week.

3. No. 7 Sulphur (4-2, 3-0 District 3A-2) at No. 6 Lone Grove (4-2, 1-2), Thursday: Sulphur is getting hot and dominated Pauls Valley last week, winning 37-7, while Lone Grove got a key win as it defeated Plainview 34-28 in overtime. Sulphur senior wide receiver and defensive back DaMontre Patterson, a New Hampshire commit, will be a player to watch.

4. No. 8 Mustang (4-2, 1-2 District 6A-I-2) at No. 2 Tulsa Union (5-1, 3-0), Friday: Mustang will try to pull off the upset after losing to Edmond Santa Fe 56-49 last week. Tulsa Union is on a three-game win streak. The Trojans’ lone loss was a 31-24 defeat against Jenks on Sept. 8.

5. No. 1 Muskogee (5-1, 3-0 District 6A-II-1) at No. 7 Tahlequah (2-4, 2-1), Friday: Junior quarterback Jamarian Ficklin commands a Muskogee offense that has been great this year, averaging 53 points per game. But Tahleuqah has momentum. The Tigers beat Tulsa Booker T. Washington 24-21 last week.

6. No. 10 Enid (2-4, 1-2 District 6A-I-1) at No. 5 Westmoore (4-2, 3-0), Thursday: Westmoore senior quarterback and defensive back MJ Graham, a Houston commit, is making his presence known in his first season with the Jaguars since transferring from Southeast, and Westmoore has had big wins, including a 16-12 triumph over Jenks on Sept. 29. But Enid has flashed potential this season. Its main highlight was a 49-42 win over Moore on Sept. 29.

7. No. 6 Chandler (5-1, 3-0 District 2A-2) at Crossings Christian (5-1, 2-1), Thursday: Chandler senior quarterback Alec Jackson, who holds an offer from Drake, is leading an offense that is averaging 39.7 points per game, but Crossings Christian’s defense has been solid. The Knights are allowing just 17 points per game.

8. No. 6 Newcastle (5-1, 2-1 District 4A-2) at Harrah (3-3, 1-3), Thursday: Newcastle remains in the District 4A-2 title race, but a Harrah victory this week would likely doom the Racers’ chances of claiming the district crown.

9. Bishop McGuinness (4-2, 2-0 District 5A-2) at No. 1 Carl Albert (7-0, 3-0), Friday: Bishop McGuinness struggled last week in a 20-0 loss to Guthrie, particularly on the offensive side. Things won’t get any easier as defending state champion Carl Albert awaits the Irish.

10. No. 9 Plainview (4-2, 2-1 District 3A-2) at Pauls Valley (3-3, 0-3), Thursday: Both teams are looking to bounce back from losses. Pauls Valley is in dire need of a victory as it has yet to win a district game.
