Minnesota Timberwolves roast Bradley Beal after Game 4 NBA playoff win over Phoenix Suns
Bradley Beal talked a big game before Game 4 of the Phoenix Suns vs. Minnesota Timberwolves NBA playoff series on Sunday.
He was not able to back it up, and the Minnesota Timberwolves kept receipts, roasting the Suns guard for it after their 122-116 win over the Suns at Footprint Center on Sunday, a win that gave the Timberwolves a 4-0 series victory.
On Saturday, Beal told the media: "I’ve never been swept a day in my life. I can't ... I’ll be damned if that happens. It's gonna be a tough a-- game. I'm sure it's gonna get in the back of their mind that's something they want to go out and get down. I've been in a 3-0 situation and you just want to put that team to bed, so they're gonna come out and playing their best basketball on Sunday."

Beal had an abysmal game for Phoenix in Game 4. He was plagued by foul problems all game and scored just nine points in 31 minutes, with six turnovers, while fouling out in the fourth quarter.
He went 4-for-13 from the field and 1-for-5 from 3-point range. He only had two assists and was -12 in the plus/minus in the game. He also only had one rebound.
The Timberwolves replied to a social media post about Beal's "never been swept" quote with the message "first time for everything."
