Shortly after making his debut for the Milwaukee Bucks in the Las Vegas Summer League on Friday afternoon, draft pick Andre Jackson Jr. was formally signed by the team.
Jackson Jr. had two highlight blocks, nine points and six assists in the Bucks' 92-85 win over Denver in the afternoon and later the team announced his signing.

Terms were not disclosed, but the new collective bargaining agreement allows teams to sign picks to three- or four-year deals. On draft night on July 22, the Bucks traded $2.5 million in cash and a 2030 second-round pick to Orlando for the No. 36 pick. With that selection, the Bucks acquired the rights to Jackson Jr.
While at the University of Connecticut, Jackson Jr. helped lead the Huskies to a national title last season in averaging 6.7 points, 6.2 rebounds and 4.7 assists.
