How will Mike Muscala fit into the Boston Celtics this season?

31 years old and hailing from St. Louis Park, Minnesota, former Oklahoma City Thunder big man Mike Muscala is now a member of the Boston Celtics. The 6-foot-10 center played his college ball at Bucknell and was taken by the Dallas Mavericks with the 44th overall pick of the 2013 NBA draft.

Since then, Muscala has played for the Atlanta Hawks (where, along with in OKC, he played with Celtics teammate Al Horford), Philadelphia 76ers, Los Angeles Lakers, and Thunder before he was swapped for Justin Jackson, Jr. and two second round picks at the 2023 NBA trade deadline.

Who is newest Boston big man Mike Muscala, and how will he fit into his new team’s rotations for the regular season and playoffs?

The hosts of the CLNS Media “A List” podcast recently sat down to talk it over — take a look at the clip embedded above to hear what they had to say.
