Meet the winter sports nominees for the Arizona High School Sports Awards
The Arizona High School Sports Awards, presented by Diamond Kitchen & Bath, is proud to announce the nominees for each of the winter sports played in the state this past season. All of the following athletes are nominees for that sport's Athlete of the Year.
The show is produced in partnership with Western States Home Services.
The Arizona High School Sports Awards, which will be held June 17 at Arizona Financial Theatre, is one of 20 regional shows held across the United States. The nine-month student-athlete recognition program recognizes athletes, coaches and teams from across the state of Arizona.
During the live show, these nominees will be honored, along with the Player of the Year for the fall and spring sports. The awards showcase will also feature other premier awards for both on- and off-the-field accomplishments of student-athletes, coaches and teams, including a Courage Award and Coach of the Year, Team of the Year, and the Boys and Girls Athlete of the Year awards. Also, one school from the state will receive a $1,000 donation to its school’s athletics department.
Tickets will be available at a later date. All nominees who RSVP will receive complimentary tickets to the event thanks to sponsors. Athletes can register at this link.
