Is the 'ManningCast' on tonight? Schedule for Lions-Raiders on ESPN's 'Monday Night Football'

Since its inception in 2021, ESPN’s “ManningCast” has quickly become priority viewing for football fans nationally.

An accompaniment to ESPN’s traditional “Monday Night Football” broadcast, the “ManningCast” features brothers and football legends Peyton and Eli Manning providing live commentary and insight on the game from their respective home studios.

In addition to their analysis, the two former SEC and NFL quarterbacks have interviews with prominent figures from the world of sports and entertainment, as well as the occasional sibling banter.

As popular as the simulcasts are, theirs isn't a regular weekly feature that runs alongside the “Monday Night Football” broadcast. That means any viewer tuning in to the weeknight game can’t assume they’ll be able to watch the Manning brothers on ESPN2.

Is the ‘ManningCast’ on tonight?

The “ManningCast” will not air in conjunction with Monday night’s game between the Detroit Lions and Las Vegas Raiders.

The absence won’t be a very long one, though.

After sitting out this week, there will be a “ManningCast” for each of the next three “Monday Night Football” broadcasts, beginning with the Week 9 matchup between the Los Angeles Chargers and New York Jets.

What channel is 'Monday Night football' on tonight?

Just because the "ManningCast" isn't on doesn't mean football fans can't watch the "Monday Night Football" meeting between the Raiders and Lions. They can still tune in to watch the game on ESPN, where Joe Buck and Troy Aikman will call the game.

Streaming options include the ESPN app (with a cable login) and Fubo, which offers a free trial to potential subscribers.
